How To Prep Your Home

Showing the bare minimum in your home goes a long way: Less is more!

Please do not mow the lawn any earlier than THREE DAYS before the photoshoot.

Clean all surfaces/hide clutter
Clean floors: vacuum & mop
Remove photos, rugs, towels, trash cans, toiletries, shampoo, soap dispensers, etc.
Check all light bulbs
Turn on all lights, turn off all fans, and open all blinds
Clean all mirrors and glass
Remove pet items: toys, bowls, cat gyms, cages, etc.
Pick up leaves, remove signage and all FLAGS
Open patio umbrellas, clean furniture, and tidy the BBQ
Use garages and secondary closets for extra storage
Remove cars and trash cans from the driveway
Remove any and all religious symbols from the walls
